As the founder of OYT, Integrated Trauma Recovery Initiative ™ and the Principal Trauma Coach, I'm dedicated to guiding individuals through transformative healing journeys, with a deep passion for supporting others in overcoming trauma. Drawing on years of expertise in coaching, I have a rich capacity to integrate a strong science based foundation complimenting it with a mindful and holistic approach.

In addition to my position at OYT, I serve as a Visiting Professor at several universities around the world. In my competency, I share valuable insights on trauma recovery and resilience, with dedicated emerging scholars. My unique approach combines practical coaching techniques with a knowledgeable understanding of human behavior and healing.

Supplementarily, I‘m frequently invited to deliver motivational speeches at events where I share insights on healing, the human capacity for adaptive resilience, and the initiative to continued personal development. In parallel with ongoing and advanced research in theoretical developmental contributions, I'm currently authoring a book and producing a podcast, both of which are slated for release in Q3-2025.

International Comparative Sociology Researcher:

In conjunction to my ongoing trauma research and lecture series, I have extensive experience working in the NGO/501c3 sector as an International Comparative Sociology Researcher.

My journey has led me to sociological research projects across six continents, where I have designed and facilitated R&D initiatives. Through comparative studies of various countries, I have been able to examine and assess social structures, to identify areas that could benefit from innovative social strategies and programs. This research has contributed to the development of proposals aimed at providing aid, education, and advancing efforts to assess local resources for facilitating rehabilitation across multiple aspects of sociological development.

Unique Approach:

Originally from the East Coast of the United States, I have spent over 11 years as an expatriate, living in four different countries, including India, Thailand, and Japan. However, the majority of my experience has been shaped by my time in Seoul, South Korea.

In addition to my education and training, my extensive expat experiences equip me with a unique ability to offer insights into expat life and provide constructive support to individuals navigating the challenges of adjusting to and from this distinctive lifestyle.

With licensure and certifications in both the United States and South Korea, I have the comprehensive capacity to provide a nuanced and advanced global perspective on addressing complex cultural, social, and mental health issues.
